Frequently Asked Questions

Retainer and Payment

A non-refundable  retainer fee will be required for all sessions in order to book and hold your date. This will act as your cancellation fee, if need-be, and will go towards the overall cost of your package.** Please note that your session is not officially booked until the retainer fee is received. A confirmation email will be sent verifying: your payment, session date and package of choice.  The rest of your payment should be paid in full 24 hours prior to your scheduled shoot.

What if I have to cancel?

You can cancel up to three days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled session and be able to use your retainer fee as credit towards a rescheduled shoot in the future. If this is the case, please contact me and reschedule for an available time and date. If you do not wish to reschedule, the retainer fee will be lost. If you have to cancel within 72 hours before your session, the retainer fee is not refundable and any additional payments will be sent back to you.

How long do I have to ask for additional Photos?

As much as I would love to hold on to your photos forever, I can only hold on to your photos for 60 days after your session date. Please be sure to download and save your photos within that time frame.

How and when will I receive my photos?

You can expect your photos within three to four weeks after your session date. If you need your photos expedited, please let me know in advance. There will be an additional fee for expedited service.
